The LWD (Little White Dress) From Day To Night

I’m in love with this beautiful, knit dress that I posted just last week (here) and I wanted to show you all another way to rock the little white dress. The denim jacket and bright espadrille wedges made the look more casual last time but this time I paired the LWD with a floral blazer and metallic heels; perfect for a night out!

5 Baffling Trends That Need To Die!

My mother always told me never to say never, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that I will NEVER be trying out any of these trends. Please do not take offense if you wear any of these. Well, actually I guess I am being pretty offensive if you wear these (I’m sorry). These are trends I could never see myself pulling off so I hope I don’t alienate any of my lovely fashionistas out there who love some of these trends listed below!

Number one:

The wedge sneaker. Why? Just why? If you like these, I am genuinely curious and fascinated to know what makes you actually and seriously like these. Please do tell!

Number Two:
The romper. Also known as onesies. Please don’t shoot me for this one because I know a lot of people that like rompers and can pull them off (I guess) but I just can’t get past the fact that I expect you to be wearing a diaper underneath this.

Right here is the only acceptable romper in my opinion (what a cutie!):
Number Three:
The flatform. Heels I understand. Wedges I understand. Platform heels and wedges I understand. But flatforms? Why? They aren’t remotely flattering, they feel clunky and just… don’t do much other than….clunk.
Number Four:
The crop top. I’ve seen some major fashionistas rocking this look but it is rare that the crop top doesn’t come across looking trashy. And it often looks like you forgot to wear a shirt that day. But hey, if that’s the look you’re going for, whatever floats your boat!
Number Five:
Pajamas as clothes. Was this actually for real? Please tell me I’m not the only one that thinks there’s something very wrong here. I pray and hope this goes away-far, far away.
Other trends I’ve found disturbing include velour tracksuits (Juicy anyone?), the hi-lo skirt, harem pants, high waisted shorts, crocs, too much fringe, and furry boots.
Have I left any out? What do you think are the worst fashion offenders? What do you completely disagree on? I want to hear all of it!
